TLC Customer service has always been prompt, honest and professional. I can tell that they have really amped up thier attention to customer satisfaction in comparison to prior years. I have never encountered a negative experience in the past, there is however a noticeable improvement. I recently encountered a problem with my delivery of 25 sachets of Raspberry Instant Iaso tea, where four of the sachets were busted, and powder spread throughout the main bag. I was very pleasantly surprised when TLC Customer Service was instrumental in having an entire 25 sachet bag delivered to me very quickly as a replacement order, after I attached a photo of my damaged product with my email. Awesome people.

I returned and item and due to me misplacing my tracking info I was not able to get a replacement or a refund. I am sure the order reached the returns department but there was no other way to confirm it. Like you don’t log your returns. No names number nothing. I am disappointed that I not only lost but there has to be a better way because I am sure that this has happened to other people. I am a life changer and TLC continues to disappoint me with service their products however are great.

I placed an order for the buy 2 get 1 free NutraBurst in June
I’m a Total Life Changer who has been working on building my business so I’ve been ordering product to keep in supply
My order was never processed, label was made and nothing further.
I called customer service regarding my order and informed the agent that my order had never gone out. A new order was processed, and sent out July 17th.. never received it as it was in transit in New York for over a week
My present order is now in transit in Ontario waiting to be sent to me.
The poor customer service guy felt so bad he apologized and said it would be taken care of ASAP and sent his apologies. He agreed that somebody in the warehouse didn’t do their job properly the first time.. and hopefully the problem has been addressed

My buyers credit card always needs review although it’s the same person. They lost so many deals because of this. And when an email is sent with the reference number the order is never placed
